I'm looking for about 6"- 9" in length. Two spherical ball ends, adjustable sleeve and locking nuts.

The ends are referred to as heim joints commonly.

I can make them out of Heim joints, coupling nuts, and thin nuts for locks.. But I have them used on tractors and other large equipment. They must make small one like the kind you use on screen doors.

I found some that I was looking for! Thanks guys!
Are you planning to use them as lower rear subframe spars, to allow seat/tail height adjustment? Because I'm considering doing that...

That I am.. But it's a idea in progress. A idea that also involves carbon fiber/Kevlar, air craft rivets and A lot of trial and error. But if I can pull of what in my head it will be amazing.

Hiem joints or rod ends. Middle bit is a turnbuckle or swaged tube, nuts are thin jam nuts. I've bought loads of them for the Hossack front I am doing. Usually I look at the QA1 site for specs then order through Summit.
