Great forum!

Here's my bike. Constantly being updated and messed with. Currently hanging from my garage ceiling while its apart for a zzr1200 rear shock/spring, new progressive fork springs, maybe a handlebar upgrade, and blacking out the frame and wheels

Bell helmet fairing, Toyota Celica proj. headlights, no gauges, homebuilt subframe, R1 seat and tail, fishnet stockings paintjob

I'm always amazed that people will take the time to spell out their slang instead of the real words. Sort of annoying. :Stupid:

Sorry, got off topic. Nice bike! Good to see some other ZX's on the board.

Damn, thought I had a more complete build thread on here. There's small paint update here, but not much more. So, I guess I'll return this thread from the dead.

Tonight I got some work done on that final piece of the "Streetfighter Puzzle", some top clamps and handlebars.

Got some Virago risers. Then it took a while to track down a 10mm drill bit. But it showed up today and I got to work:

Used some big nuts as spacers:

And here they are sittin' on the bike. I couldn't get the top clamp back on all the way, tho. I think I just have to get the weight off the front end and wiggle everythign back into place. Initial sit-test was good. Feels like a comfy riding position.

Now, to get them mounted securely and see what I'll need as far as longer cables and/or brake lines.

<--- hehehe, NOOB! :fu:

Yeah, I've been around. Lurkin' a bit, but my bike was broke for a good while and hadn't made any changes to it, so not much reason to post up. I'll always be around tho. Maybe even show my face at FF this year!
