Did you mean to install to friction discs in a row? Shouldnt there be a steel between them?

Turn up a small plug to fit in the bottom hole when you're using the top hole. Should reinforce the two ears from being able to collapse or start chewing in to the bolt. Just a thought.

What keeps the upper mount from rotating, though?
