New but small update. i finally hardwired the relays for my headlight, mounted the fender and a new seat, 2 piece so the girlfriend has a more comfy seat but can be removed for a solo seat. And best of all i finally got the bike home (changing jobs) so i took some better pics with out the shitty garage background. ass soon as they are uploaded to fotophuckit i'll put them up.

I dont know yet. . . it's so sad. I dont have it registered yet as i have to import it first ($750+) the i still have to get some stuff finished like a matching rear tire. it has ATM sport tire up front and crappy dunlop brick out back. I already have the rear rim and tire i just need to relace it to center the Hub then she goes on. and i need to install my china Koso gauge because my harley speedo was a mechanical one and i no longer have a speedo drive on the front.
but i think i also need to lower it a bit in the rear as it sits a bit funny no that it is 5 cm lower in the front as it was before. but as soon as i get to ride it i will make a ride video (GoPro!)

Ok wheels are here and almost done. i need to finish truing the rear and the front is getting sent out today to get finished. some of the spokes don't match quite right so i have to send it out to get done. next up i need to get my exhaust welded up and then she'll be ready for the road!!

Do you still have the stock bracket support at the bottom of the frame, below the swingarm pivot area?

Use a piece of steel or aluminum and bolt it onto your peg and wrap it around the exhaust.

for the lower mount I will make a extension to mount it further to the rear (1/8" flat steel) and weld the little tab with a nut to the pipe.
next where the threaded shaft is (because our inspection will see that and say No way) I will replace it with steel chain link because it is only there to support the muffler and the mount underneath will push it away from the singer and support it in the middle

Dude!
Weld those links together and that would be a pretty bad ass hanger!

the good part is it's so tight with the lower mount i dont even had to weld the links. plus the local guy that welded my pipe cant weld very pretty like. so i dont want it ruined. lol
LOL!

No shit, I thought you were tossing out an idea of just running that mount off the shock bolt like that, no lower...That's better...

Ton of vibes get sent through these bikes, and with the small amount of torque (you are supposed to :D) put on the exhaust flange bolts, exhaust leaks develop at the heads quickly... I know all about that damn subject. Front cyl. exhaust leak is an ongoing battle for me...
